Warehouse System Upgrade Notice
To improve our fulfilment services, our warehouse is undergoing system upgrades. Orders placed after 10:00 AM on 24 July, 2026 will be processed starting 29 July, 2026. Orders can still be placed normally during this period.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

At Wahl, we take pride in providing the best service to our customers. We are here to help with any questions, thoughts or concerns you might have.

Please be advised that our office and warehouse are NO LONGER OPEN TO THE customers, effective Monday, June 15 2026, until further notice, as we are undergoing some upgrades in our processes. All units requiring service must be mailed to our facility.

We are unable to accept:

• Walk-in service requests
• Same-day service requests
• In-person drop-offs for returns

Please note that any accounts requiring payment must mail their cheque to our office. We are no longer able to accept in-person payments.

This policy also applies to all Educators and Ambassadors.
