SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES*

Processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see during check out. All orders are processed the same business day if an order is received into our systems before noon (11:30 AM EST). Processing time excludes weekends, federal holidays, and Christmas/New Year’s Eve.

*Please note, we are currently seeing increased processing times due to demand and other limitations or restrictions. Wahl Canada Inc. reserves the right to increase processing times at our discretion.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

*Please Note: while we will do our absolute best to process, ship, and deliver your order as quickly as possible, our warehouses are experiencing unprecedented demand. Additionally, delays have been noted with postal carriers and may be out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping times: We ship all our products from our warehouses in Markham, ON, Canada. For an estimated breakdown of our delivery expected transit times please check the shipping carrier's official website. Please keep in mind, these dates are the best estimated delivery and actual delivery times are subject to change.

*Please note: Priority, Expedited or two-day shipping does not included shipping on weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please visit Wahl.com to locate our nearest office for shipping to your international location.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

Please choose standard shipping at checkout. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipments to PO Box addresses. Please note: our delivery window estimates as well as returns do not apply to PO Box Addresses.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on shipping carrier's official website. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become available. Current delays with the postal system have been noted, and this timeline is purely our best estimate.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using our contact form or send us an email to support@wahlcanada.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

SHIPMENT TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

If you're shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed. Addresses can be saved for later.

DAMAGES

Wahl Canada Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@wahlcanada.com , and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please save all packaging material, Photo evidence and damaged goods.

RETURNS

At Wahl Canada Inc. we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

Please note that our products are personal hygiene products, and we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery under the following conditions:

General Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
  • All returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred.
  • Wahl Canada Inc. accepts returns only on products purchased directly from ca.wahl.com. If you purchased your product from a retail store, marketplace, or any other outlet, please return it to the original place of purchase.

Damaged Products:

 If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 1 week of delivery at support@wahlcanada.com. Please provide your order number and a photo of the product's condition, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Manufacturer Defects:

In the case of a manufacturer defect, Wahl Canada Inc. will provide a return label for you to ship the product back to our warehouse. Upon receiving the item, our in-house repairs team will inspect the product. If necessary, we will either repair the product or ship out a new one at no additional cost.

Returns Due to Preference:

In case you change your mind about your purchase, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense. Upon receiving the returned product, our dedicated returns team will inspect it. A full refund will only be issued if:

  • The product is unused.
  • The original packaging is undamaged.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Alternatively, we can provide a return shipping label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-Returnable Situations:

We cannot accept returns (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Instances of abuse of the Wahl Canada Inc. Return Policy.
  • The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Wahl Canada Inc.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@wahlcanada.com
before 11:30 am on the next business day after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will be responsible for returning the shipment to us at your own expense. Please note, at this time, there is no option available on the website to cancel orders directly.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not currently supported by our returns process. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to help you find the right product for your needs!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 days of receiving your return order. We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from ca.wahl.com. At this time, we cannot process returns from retail stores and other online retailers.

*Please Note: The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

HOW DO I CHECK MY RETURN STATUS?

If you have a ca.wahl.com account, you can check return status at My Account. Click on My Returns in the left panel. You will see a list of started and completed returns. If you do not have a ca.wahl.com account, contact us at support@wahlcanada.com

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
