The reason for this two-star
"The reason for this two-star rating is twofold. The clipper arrived defective out of the box. I sent a video, but due to the holiday break, it took almost three weeks to receive a response. Then, I had to return the defective one, which further delayed the process. To send the replacement, they needed to receive the defective one, making it even longer. As of today, the new clipper hasn’t arrived yet, a month after my initial order. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and expecting better service."
