Frustrating but technically capable

"Volume: medium - it's an electric motor it makes (tolerable) noise Ergonomics: medium - rounded design feels great in hand but the battery or the switch keep cutting out as if the contacts are only barely touching when held at certain angles. Kills momentum often, very frustrating. Accessories: bad - the battery as speculated above doesn't fit securely enough, or the switch is faulty. The clipper guard soft plastic clips will come off easily mid-trim in tangled hair, making it necessary to be hyper-vigilant lest you take an un-guarded swipe at your pet (bald spot). Power: good - strong enough to cut thick standard poodle on single charge, came with a battery two-pack for seamless operation, I believe it ."

More comfortable than the bravura

"More comfortable than the bravura but it's weaker/more fragile - even a simple tap on the grooming table (ex doing belly of a small dog) makes the motor stop for a moment and whir back up to speed; the battery pack doesn't sit snug so light taps on that are enough to make the motor pause for a moment, too. Sometimes it also just doesn't turn on, and when I check the 5in 1 blade/cavity there isn't much hair to make sense for it to struggle to turn on. I actually end up wasting a bit of time because of this weakness. A shame because I do find it more comfortable in the hand than the bravura and I like the solid on/off switch, along with the battery pack setup."
